Hoo Huat 选择用友 YonSuite + PMS（Project Management System）一体化解决方案 作为其核心数智化管理平台，双方将围绕工程项目管理、现场作业协同、人力与合规管理以及业财一体化建设展开深度合作，全面推进集团数智化转型升级。

Recently, Hoo Huat Engineering Group, a well-established marine and offshore engineering service provider in Singapore, has officially entered into a partnership with Yonyou Singapore.
Hoo Huat has selected YonSuite + PMS (Project Management System) integrated solution as its core digital management platform. The collaboration will focus on engineering project management, on-site operations coordination, workforce and compliance management, as well as business–finance integration, to comprehensively accelerate the group’s digital transformation.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in Hoo Huat’s journey toward engineering digitalisation, management standardisation, and operational refinement, while also providing a practical reference for digital transformation within Singapore’s marine and engineering industry.

在本次合作中，用友新加坡将基于 YonSuite + PMS 一体化解决方案，围绕 Hoo Huat 的核心业务场景，逐步构建覆盖 项目管理、现场作业、安全合规、人力资源与财务管理 的统一数智化平台。
在业财一体化方面，YonSuite 将与 PMS 深度协同，通过统一的项目、合同、成本与财务数据体系，实现项目全生命周期的成本核算与收益分析，帮助管理层实时掌握项目执行状态、成本结构与利润情况，减少人工对账与跨系统操作带来的管理复杂度，降低经营风险。
在工程项目与现场管理方面，PMS 将重点支撑 Inspection、Daily Worklist、Erection / Dismantle、PTW、安全检查等关键业务流程，并与 YonSuite 实现数据贯通，确保现场作业数据能够实时回传并纳入统一管理视图，以期提升项目透明度与现场执行效率。
Under this collaboration, Yonyou Singapore will deliver a YonSuite + PMS integrated solution tailored to Hoo Huat’s core business scenarios, establishing a unified digital platform that covers project management, on-site operations, safety and compliance, human resources, and financial management.
From a business–finance integration perspective, YonSuite will work closely with PMS to unify project, contract, cost, and financial data. This enables full lifecycle cost accounting and profitability analysis, allowing management to gain real-time visibility into project execution, cost structures, and margins, while significantly reducing manual reconciliation and operational risks.
For engineering project and site management, PMS will support critical workflows such as Inspection, Daily Worklists, Erection/Dismantle, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and safety checks. Through seamless integration with YonSuite, on-site data can be captured and synchronised in real time, greatly enhancing project transparency and execution efficiency.
